about me.
Authentic Health.
I help women and men use diet, exercise, sleep, hydration, and supplementation to support the body’s natural healing process. We gather data on YOUR body and allow it to be the loudest voice in your care plan. Let’s collaborate to reduce inflammation, improve energy, and restore vitality.
*Authentic health is a journey of finding a state of balance and peace within your mind, body, and spirit. This is where all parts of you feel fully integrated and you’re in attunement with your inner & outer world.

Iron Deficiency Anemia - resolved with dietary changes, stress reduction, and exercise regimen changes. Once thought to also be idiopathic, now iron infusion free since 2020.
Victorious.
You are victorious.
My Approach:
Capitalize the body’s innate capacity to heal
Individualized Healthcare: For Who and When?
Your regimen will [and should] look different when in the process of releasing weight, inflammation, balancing hormones, etc. Versus when you’ve found restoration and you’re maintaining your health.
